In the role

Plan, create, provision, and coordinate teacher training and professional development seminars, services, or resources in South Korea and / or the surrounding markets. These activities enhance the profile and scope of education in the sector, including, but not limited to, local and / or regional goals and support in securing or maintaining the adoption of OUP products.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Product Support
1. Key Launch Campaigns Coordination and direct provision of external teacher training presentations to support approved projects.
2. Coordinate and provide product information and company product training to OUP staff to support PR activities and personal learning.

Business development
3. Create or manage custom content creation that supports public relations and business activities (such as curriculum planning).
4. Work with AM (Area Manager) or other parties to create and submit a publication proposal as needed. Manage future communications with the appropriate Publishing Manager / Publishing Center for your public content.

Contact support for local markets

5. A thorough understanding of future product recommendations AM / Marketing Manager helps you plan and execute activities.

Market Development and Research

Collect markets and communicate market knowledge and opinions.

About you

Ideal candidates have the following experiences and qualities:

• Degree level Qualifications and / or Certified professional TEFL credentials (Diploma or Master level)
• Ability to speak English and local native speakers.
• At least 5 years of EFL / ESL teaching experience (overseas) for a wide range of students, including young learners.
• Computer literacy (eg, PowerPoint, Word Educational Technology tools, eg IWB, Learning Management Systems)
Knowledge of ELT course books and materials
• Extensive travel motivation
• Commercial or marketing experience
