| Red chair recruitment is currently seeking ESL teachers in the northeastern part of China who teach children from 4 to 12 years old. The campus is brand new and all classrooms are equipped with touch screen computers or projectors. In addition, there is a full complement of props, activity toys and supporting materials and equipment in each classroom. The school encourages an activity-based learning spirit with students with pleasant smiles. We use Pearson's curriculum and other great resources and materials to work with children from 4 to 12 years old. The school also encourages teachers to be creative. The class is about 10 students for the best teacher / student classroom experience. I have to work five days a week. Position requirements • Ensure that children are being treated by a happy, safe and stimulating environment Working with parents and guardians • Take advantage of a deep knowledge of the curriculum • Providing a well-balanced curriculum • Improve achievement standards using RWI programs, phonics, knowledge, language, and spelling experience • Provide a rich learning environment to facilitate learning English • Responsibility to further encourage and develop the culture of inspiration, joy and success Qualifications and experience • A university degree is required • Maintain qualifications and passports in the US, Ireland, Canada, the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
