Overall goal
(LT) Classroom Management and the Montessori Curriculum The course plays an important role in supervising the classroom team under the leadership of the campus principal and vice president of the Academic Division. LT has low management support for assigned classroom teams, but generally functions as a member of the campus faculty. Thus, the LT provides basic functional leadership. LT is responsible for direct instruction and education for all normally assigned classroom children, as well as guidance and support for all team members in the classroom related to Montessori and appropriate education.

• Set up the classroom policies, procedures, and format that successfully conduct Montessori's curriculum. Actively support team members in designated classrooms when conducting the Montessori course. • Prepare and manage classroom budgets, maintain a list of required Montessori textbooks and classrooms. Parents prepare time for observation in the classroom, support students' visiting, and conduct home visits to support enrollment procedures. Close trust with parents, working as a conscious effort to build effective relationships, children's classrooms and large school communities
• Support the vice-president of the academic department, conduct an academic strategy for the organization, and promote its activities to internal stakeholders. Ensure that all curricula are suitable for use in infants in the Etonkids infantile environment and provide continuous feedback. Issues / concerns in the department, or warn the head of the curriculum, vice president of the Academic Affairs Department.

Qualifications, Skills, Experiences and Competencies

Qualification
• International 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori certification (AMS or AMI first)
• Master of Education (Bachelor degree can be obtained)
• Minimum 2 years of ELL Early Childhood Education experience (Kindergarten preferred)
• TEFL / TESOL / ELL certification (recommended)
• Bilingual skills (hope) in English and Chinese.

• Proven and proven experience of Montessori law.
