| We hire foreign teachers who work with children from 3 to 12 years old. We are more than 100 Chinese teachers with more than 50 foreign teachers working in western Beijing. Most classes have a maximum of 8 students, and teachers follow a set curriculum supplementing interactive whiteboards and rich multimedia resources. Foreign teachers work with local teachers who act as bridges between school and parents. Foreign teachers are employed for 90 teaching hours per month (45-50 minutes). Our teachers usually teach about 20 lessons a week. Although it is not working hours, teachers should be well prepared to participate in training and meetings every week.
