Ideal candidates should own the following: Native speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa Must have a bachelor's degree of 2 years or more after graduation If you do not have relevant teaching experience, you will need a Bachelor's degree (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA) or English / Bachelor's degree Understanding and Interest in Chinese Culture Passion for education Focus on student achievement Energetic enthusiastic temperament English fluency. Proper grammar, syntactic word tense, subject verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accents, clear pronunciation accents, and English rhythms. Classes and curriculum: It mainly teaches English lectures to students of various ages, mainly 3-15 years old, and organizes English corner, salon, related cultural activities and engages in marketing activities of school. Working hours: 40 hours a week Working hours, 2 days a week off. If you work overtime, your salary will increase accordingly.
