| Extreme Learning Center is looking for 5 new native English speaking TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certified teachers on May 1, 2018. We are looking for native speakers from the United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. For rapid growth, we will soon add to our faculty. ELC has been living in Arequipa, Peru for 12 years and has about 1000 students every day. The class size is 4 to 14 and the average class size is 10. For children, we offer 18 adult classes per month (Monday to Friday) and four Saturdays per month. The teacher has three adult groups per cycle once per month and two hours per day. Also, most teachers have kids classes on Saturdays (2.5 hours a week). We require six months of effort, but consider three months in special cases. Because Peru is a developing country, students can not afford to pay a lot for their classes. Therefore, you can not pay for airfare and housing fees. We provide assistance with airport pickup, academic training, and finding places to live. ELC is a family, and we are committed to working as a team. Our teacher is earning $ 4.00 to $ 5.50 an hour. This is three to four times the Peru's minimum wage, so you can not get rich financially and live a wage and get rich cultural experience.
