Ecuador Cuenca has Centro de Estudios Interamericanos (CEDEI), a nonprofit academic institution dedicated to understanding the language and culture of the Americas for over 25 years. CEDEI's English program is recruiting qualified EFL teachers in September 2018. CEDEI We have 3 sites in Cuenca and offer English classes to over 1000 students. New teachers usually start in January, April, and September of each year.

The CEDEI English program requires qualified EFL teachers to begin in September 2018 for a minimum of nine months. Foundation CEDEI is a non-profit higher education institution founded in 1992 and dedicated to the study of language and culture in the United States. To facilitate the understanding of Americans, our organization is independently sponsoring various academic activities in connection with universities in North America and South America. The CEDEI English Program has three sites in Cuenca that offer English classes for over 1000 students and employ at least 50 teachers.

Cuenca, Ecuador Located in the Valley of the Andes in southern Ecuador. Cuenca is the third largest city in the country with more than 500,000 cities. It can enjoy temperatures such as spring and year round. In 1999, Cuenca is considered one of the last perfect places to live in recent years, being registered at the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Qualification :
Eligibility Required: Bachelor's degree, TEFL / CELTA / TESOL or other teaching certificate should be native English speakers or fluent English speakers like native speakers. Desired grades include work experience, pronunciation, speaking and listening, and TOEFL and IELTS preparation for all ages, from 8 years old to adult.

Duty: 20 hours of contact time per week is added to the class of conversation and conversation (usually four classes per cycle). Most classes are Monday to Saturday. CEDEI's English language program offers a three-day orientation, frequent workshops, on-line file sharing and ongoing professional and personal support to support the professional development of teachers.

Start of semester: Monday, September 24, 2018 The teacher will participate in the three-day orientation (Wed, Thu, Fri) before September 18, 2018 and prepare accommodation.

Once you have received and approved your resume, two letters and an online application, you will schedule a Skype interview.

Compensation: $ 7.00 per hour (50 hours / 40 hours) Saturday course $ 8.00 per hour. Teachers with a master's degree in education are awarded $ 7.50 (50 hours / 40 hours) per hour.

The instructor teaches at least four subjects and can ask for additional classes and tutorials. Foundation CEDEI is a not-for-profit organization and teachers can not earn much from international standards, but they earn enough income to live comfortably in Ecuador and to gain educational experience and cultural exchange.
